Local context and an office you can visit.

Advice explained so you can act on it.
Connected support
Education, migration, and career in one conversation.
A consultation designed to create clarity.
You don’t need to arrive with every answer. Bring the questions; we’ll help organise the path forward.

Share your background, priorities, and the decision you’re trying to make.
Understand the pathway
We review the relevant options, requirements, timing, and practical considerations.
Leave with a clear next step
You receive an organised view of what to do next and where ACE can support you.
What working with ACE should feel like.
Professional support is not only about the answer. It is also about how clearly the process is communicated.
Clear before complex
We explain terminology, requirements, and trade-offs without making the conversation harder than it needs to be.
Personal before procedural
Your goals, timeline, and circumstances shape the discussion—not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Practical before promotional
We focus on realistic next steps and the information you need to make an informed decision.
Present through the process
Where we continue working together, you know what is happening, what is needed, and what comes next.
A useful consultation should change what you understand.
These are the practical standards we bring to each first conversation.
You will know what the conversation is for.
We begin by defining the decision in front of you and the outcome you need from the discussion.
You will understand what comes next.
We separate immediate actions from later steps, so the process feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
You will have space to ask the obvious question.
There is no expectation that you already understand the system, terminology, or available pathways.
A few useful answers.
If your question is not covered here, send it through with your booking notes.
What can I discuss in a consultation?
You can bring questions about study options, applications, visa pathways, skills recognition, professional programs, or career planning. If your situation spans several areas, we’ll help organise them.
What should I prepare before booking?
A short summary of your current situation and the outcome you are working toward is enough for the first conversation. If documents are needed, we will let you know.
Are consultations available on weekends?
No. Consultations are available Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm. Weekend dates are excluded from the booking form.
What happens after the consultation?
That depends on your needs. You may leave with a clear action plan, or we may agree on further support for an application, assessment, or pathway.
Official information, before interpretation.
Primary sources are useful for checking current requirements. A consultation can help you understand how that information relates to your circumstances.
Bring the question. Leave with a clearer next step.
